Young people today are fully aware of the importance in having their own house and lot.  Students and young people alike think about how they can secure their own future by acquiring their own property.    But the question is, is it really the right thing to do as a student?   What are the pros and cons of planning to acquire a property at such a young tender age?  Below are some of the considerations:   Remember that buying or acquiring a house is a big responsibility.  If you are the type of a person who does not like thinking about responsibility, then buying a house at such a young age may not yet be the thing for you.Acquisition of a house is a lot of money.
